We are studying prayer.  It seems that a cycle occurs within the community of believers that either encourages or discourages prayer and our involvement in God's work here on earth.  I am thankful that it is coming back around again to a healthy, encouraging perspective.  Our eyes are opening to the fact that God uses people ~ not occasionally to work in this world but constantly.  He chooses to move through his people.  It is a privilege that I haven't always recognized.  I have left many desires and requests go up as "whatever your will is, Lord"  Instead of please Lord, let this be in line with your will!  It may seem like a small difference but the attitude and heart are clearly different in the intent and the perceived character of God.  Do you see it?
